The International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 3909 represents the employees of Monroe County Fire Rescue. Monroe County Fire Rescue currently has 60 employees and is comprised of seven stations serving over 100 miles of the beautiful Florida Keys.  Our union membership is 50 members strong and growing.
